Ideal for enjoying the region with family or friends, the property is compose with the following rooms. Ground floor:

Important : Before using the hot tub, please contact us for recommendations on how to use it. Please also limit the use of other electrical appliances in the accommodation at the same time as the hot tub as much as possible.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Ideally located in the quiet and family-friendly area of Les Bossons, you'll be able to quickly reach the center of Chamonix, as well as Les Houches and also the rest of valley.
