Your apartment is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:

- an entryway with storage
- a bathroom (shower, toilet, and bathtub) accessible to people with limited mobility
In the living area:
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, etc.)
- a dining area with a spacious dining table that seats 8 people.
- a sofa area that converts into a sofa bed, allowing a person who cannot climb stairs to sleep on the ground floor and have access to the bathroom on the same floor.
- A laundry area with a washing machine/dryer, providing access to the garage from inside the house.

On the ground floor:
- a living area with a sofa, armchairs, and a 120cm Smart TV
- a bathroom with a bathtub and sink
- a guest bathroom
- a small office area
- 1 bedroom ideal for children with a bunk bed consisting of two 90x190 cm single beds, a chest of drawers, and access to the balcony.
- 1 bedroom with a 190x200 cm double bed, a closet, and access to the balcony.
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small office area, storage, and access to the balcony
- 1 bedroom larger than the other three, suitable as a master bedroom, with storage, a desk, and a queen-size bed.

A private, enclosed 17-square-meter garage, also accessible from inside the house, provides space to park a car and store sports equipment.


We are entirely at your disposal and are discreet.

A very quiet residential area with the feel of an authentic small Alpine village. Centrally located just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Chamonix. Hiking trails start just a few steps away, such as the Plan de l’Aiguille trail or the trail leading to Montenvers.
It’s best to use public transport to reach the Brevent ski areas or those in the rest of the valley; the former are a 5-minute drive away. Les Planards, for beginners, is the only one accessible on foot. You’ll also find summer toboggan runs there.
The city centre supermarket is 900 metres away, and you’ll find all the amenities you need nearby (bakeries, cafés, etc.).

If you’re travelling by car, you’ll have access to a locked garage that can accommodate one car, as well as a parking space in front of your entrance.
If you’re using public transport, you’ll be a 10-minute walk from the train station, where you can catch the Mont-Blanc Express to explore the rest of the valley.
You can also take the Montenvers train (to the Mer de Glace).
The nearest bus stop is on Line 2, near the Médiathèque.
The apartment is ideally located for easy access to Les Houches and Argentières (10 minutes by car) and is about 30 minutes from Megève and Saint-Gervais.

During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory under Decree No. 2020-1264 of October 16, 2020, regarding the requirement for certain vehicles to be equipped during the winter season. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
