  • Welcome to this charming demi-chalet, the perfect mountain escape for two couples or a small family.
    Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Chamonix’s main street—with its restaurants, shops, and vibrant atmosphere—and only steps away from the Chamonix Sud main bus station, this property offers comfort, convenience, and an authentic alpine feel.

    Inside, the chalet features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The bright and spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, a welcoming fireplace, and plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. A fully equipped bathroom completes the interior. It sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 extra children.

    Guests will also enjoy a beautiful private garden, ideal for relaxing in warm months or watching the snowfall in winter. Outside, a heated utility room provides modern convenience with a washing machine, and a boot warmer—perfect for ski mornings.

    The chalet comes with one private parking space, adding further ease to your stay.

PERFECT Family Chalet in Chamonix!

This chalet is absolutely PERFECT for a family staying in Chamonix! The photos online are a perfect representation of the place and it's absolutely adorable! The detached ski storage, detached heated laundry / boot warmer shed, and 2 bedroom place was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation chalet. The distance to the walking downtown was also perfect in that it was just far enough away to miss the loud late night crowd while also being close enough that the walk was a non-issue. Perfect location for sure. The Big Mountain brewery a few doors down was a nice surprise as well for a great locals apres spot with fantastic pizza. The train is right there for sure, though it only runs during the day and we found it to be a non-issue other than being aware while changing clothes upstairs if the windows were open. Communication with the property manager was also one of the best experiences I've had with a vacation property, so 5 stars across the board! I only wish we could go back sooner. If you're looking for a 2 bedroom place in Chamonix, you'd be crazy not to look at this cozy spot.
