Conveniently situated in Cham Sud, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away. The magnificent Aiguille du Midi is only a 3-minute drive from the studio. The main pedestrian street is within a short walking distance, and the Chamonix Sud bus stop and Aiguille du Midi train stop are both just 3 minutes away .

This is a NON-SMOKING apartment.

The entire apartment is yours during your stay. Courtyard or Underground Parking.

We provide high-quality disposable linen in our studio. These linens are not only eco-friendly but also offer the same level of comfort and cleanliness as traditional linen.
With disposable linen, you'll enjoy a fresh and hygienic experience throughout your stay. Plus, they're incredibly convenient. You can use them for up to two weeks and take them with you when you check out.
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We believe that our disposable linen option is a great solution for both you and the environment.
As a traveller, you are required to return the accommodation (and its contents) in the same condition as you found it on arrival (art 11.1 Airbnb). We therefore ask you to leave the accommodation clean when you leave, as if it were your own home: without rubbish, without dirty dishes, and with the furniture in its original place.
If the accommodation is left dirty, with unwashed dishes and/or rubbish, we may ask you to pay for the extra cleaning time.
The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning prior to your arrival, based on the accommodation being left normally clean, and the provision of consumables.

En tant que voyageur, vous êtes tenu de rendre le logement (et son contenu) dans le même état que vous l'avez trouvé à votre arrivée (art 11.1 Airbnb). Nous vous demandons donc de laisser le logement propre lors de votre départ, comme s'il s'agissait de votre propre maison : sans déchets, sans vaisselle sale, et avec les meubles à leur place initiale.
Si le logement est laissé sale, avec de la vaisselle non lavée et/ou des déchets, nous pouvons vous demander de payer pour le temps de ménage supplémentaire.
Les frais de ménage couvrent le coût du ménage avant votre arrivée, sur la base d'un logement laissé normalement propre, et la fourniture de consommables.
