  • Peaceful cocoon in the heart of Les Praz, a popular Chamonix district, just a few steps from the La Flégère lift and golf course. You'll appreciate the Mont Blanc view, especially from the garden, the large living room with its workspace, and the comfort of the bedrooms. With its ideal location and basic amenities, all you have to do is leave your car in the parking lot and explore the valley by walking or using the nearby transport links. Welcome home!

    This 74sqm property is divided as follows:
    - Entrance with storage space
    - Living room with office area, 110cm TV, dining area (6pax) and access to terrace for views and al fresco dining in fine weather. Fireplace not available.
    - Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, raclette, induction, etc.)
    - Master bedroom with double bed (140cm) and en suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet)
    - Bedroom 2 with double bed (140cm)
    - Bedroom 3 is a mountain corner with a bunk bed (90x190) more suitable for children
    - Bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet)
    A ski locker and parking space complete this property.

    Located in the residential area of Les Praz, one of Chamonix's most sought-after neighborhoods, less than a 5-minute walk from the Flégère gondola.
    Nearby footpaths and hiking trails take you to the center of Chamonix by bike in 5 minutes, on foot in 12 minutes or by bus. Chamonix golf course is a 500m away; in winter, cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes away; Paradis des Praz is just a few minutes away, ideal for family activities. A number of local shops are just a few meters away.

    You will have at your disposal a non-nominative parking space in the residence parking lot (unassigned space). Guest cards are available to enable you to use public transport at preferential rates, whether the bus network (Les Praz Poste stop just opposite) or the legendary Mont Blanc Express train (station 400m away). To discover the rest of the region by car, allow 30/40min for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.

Overall we had a wonderful stay in this superbly located property. It was a tight fit for 6 people especially as one bathroom was not fully operational. Could not have been in a better location and views from garden were lovely. Kitchen very basic but had key equipment. Warm and cozy.
