The pleasant open-plan living space has direct access to the terrace and overlooks the shared garden, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the Bossons Glacier, where deer often appear at dusk! The simple and modern layout creates a friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The living room is equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV.

The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with an oven, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. A small bar for two and a dining table complete the space. Outside, the terrace is furnished for outdoor dining in nice weather.

Located on a private street called Impasse de la Pchotte, guests have access to several hiking trails and are a 10-minute walk from Accro Park, the climbing wall, and Lac des Gaillands. Families are also well positioned to reach Chamonix centre in 7 minutes by car.

Chamonix Mont-Blanc offers 170 km of ski slopes (Grands-Montets, Brévent-Flégère, Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine, Les Houches…) and many other sports and cultural activities. At 1,000 meters above sea level, Chamonix offers excellent dining, bars, cafes, cinema, museums, and shopping! If the winter slopes are closed due to avalanche or wind risks, “Cham” offers many other activities: snowshoeing, sledging, cross-country skiing, ice skating, yoga, indoor climbing, swimming, numerous spas…
