I was a bit annoyed because I could not use my credit card to pay. I had to go to an ATM and get money which cost me additional money. The English of the front staff was not good so communication was difficult."

"Staff was very welcoming, common areas very nice, and buffet breakfast above par. Room was a bit disappointing, for example shower drained slowly and created minor flooding issue. Intended to extend our stay several days because overall location was good and staff very nice. However when we asked to extend for six or seven nights, but for a different room because of the disappointment with the current room, we we were told that could not be accommodated. This prompted us to at least try another hotel given we had more than a week remaining of our Phnom Penh stay. Turned out to be a good decision. "
