Room was very comfortable although the bed is a bit on the hard side (typical Asian hotel bed) and it would have been nice to have a softer bed for such a nice hotel. However, everything else was fantastic. Great shower (high pressure), excellent WiFi, great breakfast options, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can conveniently walk underground to nagaworld 1 through a food hall and duty free shopping to the main...
