Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, mais nous avons tout apprécié, de la chambre au repas et aux services. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci à toute l'équipe de cet hotel.
Accueil très agréable en direct, même si au téléphone j'ai pris une petite réflexion concernant le fait que j'avais réservé via un site spécialisé et non directement à l'hôtel. On m'a donc reproché le fait que 20 % de mon séjour serait reversé à ce site...
La chambre était sympa mais déco très démodée. Rien à dire sur la salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec une vaste douche. Le balcon avec vue sur le Livradois était super.
Le lit... catastrophique. Souci de sommier ou autre, aucune idée, mais à peine couchés, nous avons constaté que nos pieds étaient plus hauts que notre tête. Un trou au niveau de nos fesses nous obligeait à dormir sur le dos, car sur le côté, il était tellement profond que mes côtes et ma hanche se touchaient ! La couverture, sale, était laineuse avec des "peluches", vieilles couvertures de nos grands-parents.
Bref, nuit blanche et dos qui craque le lendemain matin. Fuyez...
Nous n'y avons que couché et pris nos petits déjeuners mais le cadre du village, calme avec une belle vue était magique pour celui qui cherche la tranquillité. Accueil et qualités des produits sont au rendez-vous.
