"Overall, we had a good stay and the villa was just as pictured/listed. Check-in was pretty easy with the keypad, although the lockbox outside was a little difficult to access.The main issue was that the villa wasn’t clean when we first arrived. It was also a little difficult to reach the host through Vrbo, but once I contacted them directly, they responded well and had the villa cleaned within a few hours. They also made up for the inconvenience.Other than the cleanliness issue at check-in and the lockbox, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay."

"Great view- peaceful to just sit on the patio in the late afternoon and have a cold drink. August visit time the weather is hot. The main unit living/kitchen is very cool with the A/C units. The two pods living areas are hot; A/C units are in the bedrooms, which let's you sleep very cool. But barely cool the living rooms. The kayaks need some repairs and refreshing, the seats are in bad shape. Experienced a bad kayak trip, kayak 's drain plug was missing, we took a roll over, but kayak now was barely floating due to lots of water inside. And no SUP board.There is one wash cloth per bathroom, one hand towel too. Could use more towels. The sheet i had had several holes/rips. Kitchen needs hotpads. Host replaced a frying pan, the two we started out with should of been tossed weeks ago. The TV equipment needs attention, remotes need batteries. Instructions on how to use would be helpfulOverall a great place, just needs more attention to detail.If you are staying in one of the pods, they are hot."
