"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

"Our "second" visit to Conch Pearl and totally happy with house. Furniture, amenities and staff availability was fantastic. You won't find a better, well equipped 3 bedroom. Unlike some houses in area, beach is rock free allowing easy wading/swimming to fantastic snorkeling. As other renters have done, just running A/C in bedrooms at night is all you need to have a comfortable week. We'll definitely rent Conch Pearl again. Pool was very private and we enjoyed the hot tub on the beach."
