"The spa was beautiful, but the massage was such a disappointment. Six women away on a girls trip and 4 of us had the worst massages we’ve ever received. It became laughable when we shared our stories- one masseuse didn’t massage one persons arm, my masseuse rubbed my back in a small circle in the same place with one hand for like 20 mins, then she kept dripping massage oil on my face by accident, one was given an entirely different massage altogether than what they paid for, and multiple masseuse only used one hand to massage!? I can’t make this up. We assumed they were texting with the other hand?? The spa staff seemed brand new, untrained and rude. The relaxation room however was beautiful. The complimentary champagne and fruit water was beautiful. Our rooms were clean, they provided nice sweatshirt type robes and slippers, and the restaurant was amazing. "

"Peaceful clean pleasant stay"

"The whole facility is incredibly outdated. The amount of stains on the carpets, mattresses and pillows is absolutely disgusting. We ended up not sleeping in the room but our friends stayed. There is a bar right next door and the music was loud into early morning hours. Hallways are mismatched carpet and smell like they haven’t been cleaned ever. Paying $300 a night and then a “hold” of $200 is absurd. Nothing in that room costs $200. Do not stay. "
