"The room was excellent and the customer service of the staff, from the front desk, bar, restaurant was phenomenal. The warm pool was so relaxing, I didnt get to partake in the spa services, they were booked due to a few events at the hotel. The location of the hotel wams picturesque, it snowed while wee were there so it was pretty to see the night lights and snow. We'd definitely visit again."

"My room was clean and as expected based on the pictures online. Front desk personnel, although I never spend much time with they, are very pleasant. The gym is spacious and for those of us who just can't miss a day of exercise. It has the equipment that an average person would find beneficial while away from home. It is also well lit and ventilated. Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Redding Market, across the street from the convention center and very close to many restaurants. "
