The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up.

Professional staff team. Allowed to leave luggage on final day of stay. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had wide choice of fresh hot and cold food.
