Even the pool and Jacuzzi was perfect! Example of exceptional service by the staff - helped us book for a permit while we were driving to Aconcagua ( we were not able to book via mobile site) + gave great suggestions for an amazing stay. "This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "
