"The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style unless there are too few guests in which case you get menus. It's old fashioned style hotel and it does show its age in the rooms. Rooms are generally clean although the carpet could use a good cleaning. I'm trying not to be too critical. The hotel is in a perfect location near the beach and the Lotte Mart supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away. I would stay here again."

"Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so hot and I can’t set it any lower."

"I was checking in for a few days in Ho Tram boutique hotel . The surrounding were greeneries and picturesque . It was after the rained so everything seemed fresh. We dined at the restaurant and the foods and the services were excellent. I had a spa service the next day and it was the best for my body. He beach front was a bit rough due to bad weather so we checked out a day earlier. I would come back to this hotel boutique again in the very near future."

"Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming. One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities."
