Never went to cha-am visited. Hui hin was about same distance away. Night market was a good experience plenty of choice of eateries and street food.

The hotel was good and reasonably priced, but Joe Kool’s Terrace felt overpriced. We found better food and value just outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet, though, was excellent and absolutely worth it.

Needs updating badly, more like 4*. Some staff were attentive but overall not as good as other Thai hotels we have stayed in. eg. Anantara and Sheraton, both in Hua Hin.
