"The owner was not there when we arrived. The phone number directed us to a German answering machine, playing horrible music. We finally got a message with information about parking location and room number after waiting for over an hour. When we finally got to the room, it smelled of sewage. It had not been cleaned and there were both live and dead bugs everywhere. The air conditioner was OK."

Wonderful breakfast included, as well as free parking. The hotel has seen better days but it is very clean and has everything you need for a quick overnight. A little expensive but perfect if you are looking to get away from the crowds in Split and sleep in a chill vintage guesthouse. Recommended. "
