Conveniently located and nice exteriors. The room was quite spacious and generally clean, though the bed was very probably on the smallee side of queen. The room has a fridge, microwave, electric kettle. The hair dryer was dismantled from the wall and bit inconvenient to use but nothing major. The blankets didnt seem clean and found something dried in one of them.
The turn off for was the ‘free wifi’. The access points do not cover the property and since we were given the corner room near the stairs we got pretty much no coverage. Raised it with the staff twice and pretty much got a nothing we can do attitude blaming nbn (but has nothing to do with nbn).
The most surprising and very disappointing aspect was that the staff refused to change the AC remote. The screen could not be read, properly needed a battery change and was very difficult to change the mode or temp. Their response was that they have different brands of AC in rooms and they cannot do anything. I found these aspects quite unhelpful, particularly something as trivial as changing the batteries on the remote. Unlikely to be staying there again and wont recommend.
