Village house located in Lugné, pretty hamlet 4 km from Cessenon sur orb towards Roquebrun. Near river. In quiet dead end, good exposure, sunny. Parking next door otherwise possibility of parking a vehicle at the end of the impasse. Access is via the terrace lined with moor and scrubland, barbecue available. Entrance through the kitchen, 16 m2 ideal for 4 people, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and equipped with an air freshener (essential in case of hot weather). Bathroom large walk-in shower and separate toilet. A second bedroom without window but with king size bed and located above the garage so less hot naturally. Lounge 30 m2, exposed beams, wooden floor, insert fireplace for the winter. Sheets and towels provided. Fans. Presence of stairs and steps to consider for a stay with child.
