Unobstructed view of the surrounding hills, offering superb hikes with panoramic views. All comfort, fully air-conditioned. 3 bedrooms with private bathroom, 1 of which is equipped with a spa bath. The villa sleeps 8.
Tiled terrace 150m² with bioclimatic pergola, barbecue. Private swimming pool secured by alarm, flat bottom depth 1.40m, garden furniture, deckchairs. Pretty enclosed garden of 1300m² soon to be finished with trees and landscaping, pétanque court... Indoor parking, capacity for 4 or 5 vehicles. TV, Wifi available.
Large nearby towns: Béziers 25km, Montpellier 104km, Beaches 30km, 1 hour 30 minutes from Perthus.

Nous avons apprécié l'espace de villa qui est climatisée et très appréciable.La piscine est top avec sa plage immergée.Toutefois, il n' y a pas d'ombre et il aurait été appréciable que quelqu'un passe pour contrôler la piscine pendant nos 2 semaines sur place.
