Sultys Place was a very convenient location to browse the many shops and restaurants in Alacati. Very comfortable stay and pleasant surroundings. Would recommend.

First of all, the hotel is very clean. There are some cons, for example, there is a smart TV but it is not connected to the internet, so we had to use hotspot data from our own phone. There is no food service and it is forbidden to bring food from outside. We stayed in a superior room and it didn't feel superior to us. The bed is right next to the room door and there are gaps in the door. Since the space between the bed and the closet is very small, we got stuck on the foot of the bed more than once. Therefore, we do not think we will choose it again.

Hotel was in het algemeen wel goed. Maar onze Deluxe kamer was helemaal niet zoals afgebeeld op de foto’s. De kamer was super klein geen plaats voor de valiezen. De douche was ook super klein en hier en daar waren er vochtplekken. Het ontbijt was goed maar elke dag hetzelfde. Personeel was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het grootste voordeel is de locatie, te voet tot het centrum van Alacati.

Sultys Alacati Hotel - Aufenthalt vom 14. bis 15. August 2024 (Achtung: Eidechsen im Hotel und Zimmer) Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hat über Expedia eine Suite im Sultys Alacati gebucht. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und uns wurde eine der besten Suiten im Neubau versprochen. Am 15. August entdeckte unser Sohn eine Eidechse in seinem Bett, was zu Panik führte. Wir hatten keine Zimmerreinigung angefordert und das Zimmer tagsüber geschlossen gehalten. Der Schichtverantwortliche, Herr Onur, kam ins Zimmer, konnte die Eidechse jedoch nicht fangen. Er bot uns kein alternatives Zimmer an und versprach, dass der Hotelmanager uns kontaktieren und eine Rückerstattung gewähren würde. Am nächsten Tag erfuhren wir durch einen Mitarbeiter, dass der Manager, Herr Evren, entschieden habe, nicht anzurufen, da Eidechsen "normal" seien. Daraufhin riefen wir selbst an und sprachen mit Herrn Evren. Er teilte mit, dass keine Rückerstattung erfolgen würde, da wir "selbst ausgecheckt" hätten, und drohte mit rechtlichen Schritten, falls wir das Video veröffentlichen. Die Suite entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Die Zimmertür war eine undichte Schiebetür, was zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung führte. In Google-Bewertungen fanden wir ähnliche Beschwerden, auf die der Manager oft persönlich und bedrohend reagiert. Jedoch ist Expedia bereits informiert und eine Anfrage bzgl. Erstattung wurde versendet. Wir hoffen auf das Beste.

Geçen senede konakladık çok memnun kaldık; bu sene rezalet.bir gece kaldık arabada kalsak daha iyiydi sabah sakıza geçtik… Kahvaltıda çeçil peynir 8 günlük menemende yumurta eser miktarda. Sıcak limonata bir makine war..tv çalışmıyor A tv ve a tv haber mevcut…. Temizlik malzemesi alacaktık az kalsın eser yok temizlikten.. Allah affetsin bol bol çekirge kıyımı yaptık daha ne anlatayım dostlar… En iyisi araba..

Gerçekten odamız çok tatlı ve minnoştu. Hizmetimizden çok memnun kaldık. Alacatı ve köyiçi şeklinde yan yana ayırmışlar biz köyiçi kısmındaydık. Tek sıkıntı camdan odaya çok ses geliyor geceleri, çünkü önü kendi kafesi. Kahvaltı ücrete dahil olan bir kahvaltıya göre idealdi. Çok merkezi bi konum. Fava mezeye çok yakın.

La localisation de l'hotel est bien, dans le centre d'Alaçati pietonnier, très joli et animé mais à distance tout de même des rues bondées et bruyantes. le matin, petit dejeuner tres bien, dans la rue, au calme. Seul bémol, pas de café, c'est un extra! c'est la 1ere x qu'on voit cela ! Les gens de l'hôtel sont tres bien. Par contre les chambres Deluxe ne sont pas à la hauteur, pas tout confort, trop chères: pas trop d'espace, pas de lampes de chevet ou appliques, petite salle de bain, petite douche. Le 1er soir, notre sommier etait cassé, mon mari a dû le reparer le lendemain avec les gars de l'hotel...

Alaçatıya ilk gidişimizdi erkek arkadaşımla. Sultys sayesinde çok rahat bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Çalışanları güleryüzlü, samimi ve ilgiliydi. Gayet temiz bir oteldi. Alaçatıdaki her yere yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin bir sokakta yer aldığı için çok memnun kaldık. Şüphe etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz oteli.
