Everything was excellent, the staff, breakfast and cleaning service. Stayed there for 11 days and both me and my mom loved it. Thanks to everyone who works at Primus Otel Alaçatı, they were absolutely the friendliest people. It was a 10min walk to Alaçatı çarşı and a 10min ride to the beach. <3 On my next visit to Alaçatı, I will definitely stay there again.:))

Very nice clean and modern boutique hotel! Everything brand new and shower is great and breakfast been freshly made it👍every day. Great service and staff very friendly! It is just 5 min wallk to city centre of Alacati with a lot of authentic shops and restaraunt around👌Defiantly will be back 🤗

Unfriendly staff, moreover, rude. Although they gave me a wrong room, they say that “ I cannot do anything . This is what we have”. This is a cheap hotel. I strongly do not recommend!

Calisanlar guler yuzluydu yardimci oldular. Fakat geri donus olarak odalarin temizlenmesi cok uzun suruyor, aksam 5te yeni bitmisti temizlik. O biraz programi aksatti ama onu disinda sessiz, sakin bi otel. Dinlenmek icin dogru tercihlerden biri

Für Alaçatı ist der Standort super. Man kann direkt davor Parken. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab viel Auswahl. Zimmer war OK, da wir Mängel gemeldet haben, diese aber nicht behoben wurden. Auch gab es keine tägliche Reinigung wie vorher angegeben und auch kein Privatstrand mit transfer, wie hier bei der Buchung angegeben.

Tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar aşırı tatlılar. Hizmet çok kaliteli. Odalar her zaman tertemiz ve günlük temizleniyor. Çok ilgililer, güleryüzlüler, memnun etmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Kahvaltısını da beğendik. Tekrardan tercih edeceğim bir otel olarak aklımda kaldı :)

Otel özenle hazırlanmış, odaların dizaynı gayet iyi. Özellikle kahvaltı diğer otellerden fark yaratır şekilde gurme lezzetlerle hazırlanmış, malzemeler çok kaliteli. Otelde içtiğimiz kokteyller de lezzetliydi. Merkezi konumda olduğu için her yere yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor, otele geldiğiniz anda ise sakinliğe geçebiliyorsunuz. Sadece banyolardaki tehçizatlar siyah renk olduğu için renk atmaları için yeniden bakım yapılabilir.

Otelin kahvaltılarına bayıldık. 4 gece konakladık her gün açık büfe olmasına rağmen farklı çeşitte güzel kahvaltılıklar vardı. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve nazikti. Temizlik konusunda 4 gece kaldığımız için üzüldük. Çünkü temizlik yetersizdi. Örneğin bir tane örtü buruşturulup valizimizin üstüne atılmış bir şekilde bulduk. Odada terlik kahve kapsülü gibi ürünler günlük yenilenmedi . Kalacaklara önerim 1 gece içib mükemmel bir yer ama uzun kalma konusunda değil

Utmerket beliggenhet og super service, men sengene var ganske ukomfortable og det var ganske lytt mellom rommene noe som gjorde det vanskelig å sove. Litt for få solsenger og ganske «kjedelig» frokost. Ellers veldig rent og nytt hotell!
