The hotel was clean, close to the areas i wanted. The receptionist was so helpful. The only problem i gad was with the hotels.com website. I couldn’t get the reservation details and invoice from them.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Per Bus in wenigen Minuten in Alacati oder Cesme. Hotel hat eigene Liegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

çeşme ılıcanın en güzel mevkisinde yer alıyor. temizlik 10 güleryüz 10 puan. kullanışlı bir mutfağı ve alt katında migrosjet mevcut. tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyor. otele ait plaj ve ücretsiz şezlonglar e daha ne olsun. ailece kaldık ve çok beğendik.

The staff at Cumbalica are exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Saban was especially dedicated. The room had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Had a fantastic time. Spacious apartment; great seaview; perfect location; helpful staff. Would definitely recommend, and visit again. Only slightly weak point was the breakfast. I'd encourage them to have a bit more variety. But overall, it was a 5 star experience.

Es handelt sich bei dieser sehr süssen Unterkunft um Wohnungen, die aber täglich gereinigt werden. Eine ideale Wohnweise mit Kleinkinder. Super gut gelegen mit kleine Privat-Sandstrand gerade über der Strasse. Ein Migros/Einkaufmöglichkeit direkt im gleichen Gebäude. Dolmus (kleine öffentliche Büsse) halten vor dem Hotel an.

Prachtig hotel. Dicht bij de zee. De zee is erg mooi. Ilica is een warme zee met een bron. Lekkere restaurants in de buurt. We hadden een grote kamer met een aparte slaapkamer met keuken. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Erg mooie stranden in buurt. Cesme en Alacati ook mooi om te zien. Boottocht ook de moeite waard.

Beach is not a beach. It is a marina like setting, you have to jump in or use the rusted ladder to get in the water. It is across the street next to a free public beach, no private beach for the hotel. Area is filled with little homeless kids begging all day.

There was no wifi during our 4 days stay. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Room were clean but there was no air conditioning in our bedroom, there was an ac in the living area. there was no balcony with sea view. Shower water was hot and nice.
