"Reception staff were very helpful with resolving a booking issue as well as answering any questions that we had throughout our stay. Very comfortable bed. The hotel designated drivers were great. Hotel is in a great location however being right in the plaza square can be quite noisy when you’re trying to sleep! Bring earplugs. The restaurant was 10/10 - tasty food & service "
