Cernobbio Lake View Apartment is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in the prestigious Cernobbio, a few kilometers from Como, with a breathtaking view of the lake. The apartment has a convenient private parking space and is located in a strategic position: the suggestive lakefront with restaurants and shops can be reached on foot via a hilly path with a difference in altitude of about 100 meters.
The apartment is located in a small residential complex on the hills of Cernobbio, accessible by car, taxi or bus. Upon arrival, guests can park inside the fenced courtyard and access the apartment via the internal stairs that lead to the second floor.
The entrance opens onto a living area, divided into a living area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen equipped with an island for meals. The sleeping area, separated by a dividing wall to ensure privacy, houses a double bed and opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for panoramic breakfasts or romantic dinners.
The bathroom, located at the entrance, is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Every detail is designed to offer maximum comfort: high-quality mattress, window shades, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, fan for warmer nights, in addition to the lake breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and utensils.

City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.
Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
