* master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with big circular tube, shower and turkish bath

* large terrace where to enjoy the lake view
* on request private parking at 20 metres
Art apartment is decorated with a mix of tribal and contemporary art masterpieces and old furniture to create a unique atmosphere that expresses at the best the Italian taste and creativity.
This apartment can be joined to the Charming Apartment to create a unique loft on 2 floors.
