A modern apartment located in the quiet village of Tscherms (Cermes) near Meran (Cermes) in South Tyrol, the Holiday Apartment Das Eckige consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people (or 4 adults and 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a smart TV. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, there is a private garden and a 30 m2 covered terrace, perfect for enjoying views of the Alps. In the summer, the location is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes drive away (1.5km). The nearest bakery is in the centre of Tscherms, which is less than 10 minutes walk away (800m). The nearest ski lift is Meran 2000, which is 15 minutes away by car (11km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours drive away (150km).

A washing machine is available in the common area. The apartment offers good tap water (Grander water). The property is on a Bio farm.

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick. Ein kleiner Bio-Hofladen und ein Fahrradkeller sind auch vorhanden. Ein rundum tolle Wohneinheit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ganz tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Pros: Die Wohnung hatte einen riesigen Balkon mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, es hatte nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Grosszügige, hochwertige FeWo mit sehr netten Vermietern

FeWo hat ein tolles Panoramafenster mit Blick auf Meran, zum Bäcker & Ortskern, Bushaltestelle läuft man ca 7 min, Tischtennisplatte, tischkicker vorhanden. Wasser kann im Laden der Vermieter gekauft werden (und anderes). Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Schlafräume haben Fliegengitter.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt

Sehr hochwertige Wohnung mit wunderbarer Atmosphäre. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir konnten uns gut erholen. Durch den grossen ünerdachten Balkon konnten wir auch im April draussen frühstücken, und die Anbindung nach Meran mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr funktioniert sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder!

Design gem overlooking Meran

Pros: We highly appreciated the appartment itself in all its features and dimensions: location, design, size, interior, price/value. The view from the 10m wide balcony is a stunning 180 degree panorama over the valley around meran. Cons: The really only one (!) thing we had to critize was were pans and pots available in the kitchen :We asked the owner the replace the steel pans and pots by teflon couted ones
