"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. In dem hauseigenen Laden haben wir selbstgemachte Produkte (Apfelsaft, Apfelessig u.v.m) eingekauft. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und wir sind herzlichst begrüßt und verabschiedet worden. Zudem durften wir unseren PKW für unserer einwöchige Radtour nach Venedig schonmal dort parken - vielen Dank nochmal dafür."

"We were very fortunate to stay in this bright, spacious and exceptionally clean apartment for nearly two weeks. The apartment is exactly as pictured. "Very spacious and clean apartment. The river below is beautiful and gives perfect white noise for sleep. Quiet and peaceful location. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a small glitch with supplies that was quickly remedied. The host is very responsive. Elevator was a plus. The only issue is the vehicle restricted location is tough for drop off and pick up by car. Local taxis can provide pickup at the property. "

"The staff was wonderful. We arrived early at this fine hotel, and immediately they offered to store our luggage and gave us access to the outdoor swimming pool, a welcome relief on this very hot day. When we checked in later, we found they had upgraded us from our standard room to one of their junior suites which turned out to be one of the largest and most exquisite rooms we've ever stayed in. It had a separate living room with a balcony, a huge marble bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable, and we wished we had more than just one night to spend in such luxury. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming; with anything you could want including custom egg dishes made to order. I can't say the same about our dinner in the hotel restaurant. The menu was limited and it was overpriced for what we had, and the place was understaffed and seemed to take forever. So bottom line, my recommendation is to stay at this great hotel but choose somewhere else, perhaps with more local Tyrolean food options for your dinner."
