I do appreciate the place. This is our third time with Emporio.
It is a place for families looking to spend a good time. I love it
Because it is not a typical resort It is a hotel if you get the all inclusive you could enjoy snacks, the dinner and drinks, the only thing that was annoying is that if you get the snacks they dont let you take them out of the eating area, so I ordered nachos and instead of being able to eat them outside I had to sit down and eat them inside of the bar area at a table missing time with my loved ones. That was weird, they could probably give you a smaller size in you are taking out, but overall the staff waitressing is extremely lovely. Also, it would be nice if the pools could be warmer when the weather is not hot because we were freezing after 6pm. Also please fix the Jacuzzis.
The breakfast is amazing. The staff is wonderful. But, I would like to see a little bit more of a better customer service, when checking in, please consider that Taxi drivers are extremely scary when you are trying to find one to take you to the hotel. We were very stressed out and tired by the time we were checking I wish they could be faster and kinder.
Overall it is a GOOD hotel and I would be back. I loved getting a massage by the beach, and spending time with my family. The views are great and the food was awesome.
