"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"I knew I was in for a noisy ride when they put me in a room behind the reception. I was right. The staff were very noisy from 7 in the morning. Big gap under the door so it felt like they were in my room. Then, low and behold, the cleaner just walked in at 830 without knocking. She didn’t apologise or even lock the door.
