"Cool place! Very good location near the mall and only a short walk to the cathedral. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were large and clean. Only downside is the chaotic parking situation in town. Other than that this was a wonderful place! "

"The Hotel Orleans was very well located if you intend to visit the old quarter and down to the river. While the rooms are quite 'cosy' they are well appointed and clean. The staff were all happy and smiling and eager to help with information about Orleans for your stay. Car parking is located under the square just a 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel issues you with a card before you enter the car park which you need to scan on entry and exit for a better rate than if you took a ticket at the barrier. Be aware, while the parking spaces are a reasonable size the entry and exit lanes are very tight and unfortunately I managed to curb my rear alloy as I was negotiating the exit barrier. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel which I would definitely recommend."

"Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk."
