"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

" Stayed in a balcony room. It was delightful…everything about it from the decor, the high ceilings, the lush robe, slippers and towel and having a fridge. The weather was lousy which made my room especially enjoyable.
