Graduate by Hilton Richmond
Hotel is nice and clean/modern and the location is convenient. Valet, check-in staff, and breakfast staff were all very courteous. Rooms are spacious and I got an unsolicited upgrade to a larger room, which was nice, Room amenities could be nicer, especially the bathroom amenities.

The front desk person could have been a little friendlier. Especially because a lot of guests are there because they are being treated at UVA cancer center
