10/10 Excellent
"I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was in excellent condition, the staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was plentiful. The only downfall was the cost of snacks. I would recommend bringing your own. Although they did give complimentary bottles of water, a candy bar was $3, a Coke was $4, and a bottle of Smart water was $8. Just bring your own if you like to snack."

"The electrics i. our room need modernizing. The bedside light didn’t work and there was nowhere in either side of the bed to plug in our devices. And despite ‘joining’ the Omni program, we still couldn’t get the wifi to work."

"Lovely historical hotel. Beautiful old-world charm rooms. Clean, big bathroom. Parking is not available within the hotel, but there is paid parking 5 min walking distance, slightly inconvenient in the rain, but worth it. We loved the lobby kitty. It was pretty cute. The only thing that could have been better was receiving two sets of physical keys instead of one, especially with three people traveling. ( They don't issue standard digital keycards). It is an actual old-world key. On the whole, it was a good place, and we definitely recommend this hotel. Air conditioned worked nicely, room clean and staff helpful."

"Very pleasant property with nice rooms, a great breakfast facility and plenty of drinks, including alcoholic drinks, and snacks available anytime. Easy parking and a great, easy to access property right off Rt 29."

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond-Midlothian

"Didn't use the gym. Overall, everything was awesome, except for the loud Elevator noise all night. We were given a room near the elevator machine room. It was rm#211. We had to bear it because we only had two nights, but it was so disturbing. Other then that, everything was great! The hotel was clean, staff great, excellent breakfast etc.! Will definitely recommend it to family and friends "
