"The staff were decent and the location was great for our trip to the parks. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular, but it was good. Our room was rather dirty and my child had black hands after crawling on the floor in our room, so i had to be very mindful of the carpet and my baby. There was only one working washing machine and dryer which was a bit inconvenient for how many people needed laundry on a week night. The beds were on the hard side, but i would kind of handle that. "

"The hot tub wasn't hot enough. Be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel. We walked into our room and it smelled terrible and it gave me a instant headache! I called the office and they said nobody has ever complained about the smell. It had a strong cleaning odor they use to cover up the pet smells. I was hoping to change to another room. But the guy said open the windows and doors and the next day it wasn't like the first day!! The room next to us had a dog who was left alone in the room and barked for a few hours... I don't plan on staying there again! "

"Amazing location and super friendly staff at this funky fun approach to the non-casino and non-resort option for South Lake. I went as a solo traveler and appreciated all the communal areas and attached beer garden. My first room had an issue with the heater so they moved me to a new spot with no questions and just apologies for any inconvenience. The little coffee bar in the lobby isn’t bad either."

"I rated just okay because there were questionable people hanging out being loud. The electrical outlets were not ok. When plugging into the outlets they would push into the wall and then try to come out all together when unplugging. No screen for the sliding door so you couldn’t have the door open to get fresh air. Definitely could use some updating! The staff on the other hand were very kind. Breakfast is served in a bag."

"Very family friendly with available amenities. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to extend another night. Clean room, the bed was comfortable, and staff were really nice and accommodating. Will rebook in the future!"

" The place was great comfortable beds . Kitchen had a lot of ever day cooking essentials. Great property with pool, hot tub , & sauna. Really close to the lake & in the middle of Lake Tahoe. "
