We are not talking about a drip, drip leak--we are talking full blown waterfall. I had to deal with that 3 times with multiple towels and ZERO response from the hotel. At check out, they offered to compensate a meal, but that never happened and really wasn't the issue. they should have just come and fixed the problem when...
