"The hotel has no sound proofing and was incredibly noisy. Beyond the street noise and hall noise, the walls are so thin that I could not only hear the person in the neighboring room's conversations and tv, but even the sound of raising their curtains. The HVAC system is also incredibly old. The whole room vibrated when the AC was on. "

"I didn’t have any hot water for the first 36 hours or so. There is no WiFi. The TV has around 15 channels but no remote. Neither of the restaurants were open during my 3 day stay. Beds are super hard. "

"The hotel room looked better in the pictures. We have platinum rewards and they did not upgrade us to a bigger room. The room is pretty tight and the bathroom is small with a tub shower. It was clean but a little worn looking. The view of the lake was spectacular even through the fog. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very modern looking downstairs. The pool was very large and nice."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in awhile. From the amenities, the staff, proximity to activities, it had so much to offer. Check in was a breeze even though the hotel was packed at my time of arrival. The valet had their work cut out for them with all those guests but they really were working hard to keep things flowing. I really look forward to another stay here if I’m ever back in the area."
