"Friendly staff, comfortable stay"

"I checked in last night, March 21st 2026 and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The hostel itself has potential, and I honestly would have given it 5 stars based on the facilities and location alone. However, my stay was overshadowed by one staff member who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I arrived, their attitude was cold, uninterested, and honestly quite off-putting.
