"Tycker inte om att hotellet drar beloppet för hela vistelsen innan man har checkat in. Handfat ska inte rinna så långsamt att man börjar misstänka stopp. Utmärkt system att köpa till frukost (115 kr). Då kan få den vid den tidpunkt som stämmer med ens resplaner. Hotellet ligger utmärkt för alla som använder tåg, fjärrbussar eller flyg."

"Two adults and a 16-year-old boy stayed here for four nights. The room was way too small for us. Be sure you check the size of the room for your party. We did not have a window, which was great to have darkness for sleeping. However, that meant we had no fresh air or air flow. The hotel staff delivered a fan after two requests, and that helped make the temperature of the room bearable. The breakfast buffet was a sight the behold. Do it at least once. The bar area had games to play and a great vibe. We watched a movie one night in the hotel’s cinema. It was a nice break from being a tourist. The location was perfect for all the touring we did of the area. I would stay in the hotel again but would book a larger room."

"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. We eventually gave up and ordered an Uber, and even the driver struggled to find the hotel. The location is also much farther from the city centre than we expected, and the views were disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Expedia also handled the situation very well and provided us with a full refund, which allowed us to book somewhere more suitable. Overall, I would think twice before booking this hotel, particularly if ease of access, location, and surroundings are important factors for your stay."
