One of the elevators wasn’t working, and I had to walk significantly farther to the next elevator. I walked into a room that was completely undone and a little shocking. The bed was stripped with sheets in the floor, the TV was blaring and there was a huge bag of trash right at the door. But wait, it gets better. I got a baseline apology at the front desk and was given another room. I was awakened early morning to two dogs barking, women cursing at each other and eventually 2 whole families fighting with the police ultimately arriving to resolve the dust up. It seems as if this location is an extended stay for displaced families. And while families in transition absolutely deserve a safe place to stay, I should not have to pay for a nightmarish experience."

"The staff was friendly, but the property is junk. The only thing that okay was the shower. The bathroom faucet sprayed all over and was rusty, the bed was THE WORST I have ever slept on, and the base was hard and squeaky. The place needs a major restoration. You get what you pay for, I guess. "

"Easily the best hotel stay we’ve experienced. The staff were so welcoming, the bar and restaurant were excellent and all of the accommodations exceeded expectations. For families, the suite with a bunk bed is perfect. We didn’t get to eat breakfast, but that along with the complimentary reception on the weekends surprised us."
