"Las personas de recepción son muy lentas, nada atentos groseros ... nos cambiamos tres veces de habitación por problemas de fuga de agua, no servía tv. Sucia etc. No recibimos ninguna atención de su parte, sólo cambio de habitación... felicidades a los animadores, personal que atiende en los restaurantes... ..."
