"Welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. They gave us helpful recommendations for sledding with young children. Swimming pool was great. Buffet breakfast fantastic (cereals, bacon/egg, continental and self-make waffles). Check if there are extra charges for parking and the pool, as the hotel policy was changing while we were there (didn’t effect us as we had booked before changes)."
