All the food is of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet is vast and varied. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying there again in a couple of weeks before flying out of Oslo.

I stayed two nights at Sundvolden Hotel. The front office and restaurant staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay at this historic hotel. The breakfast spread was amazing as well.

Love this place - we wish we had stayed here 2 nights instead of just 1. We got there late so were not able to enjoy the spa. Love the comfy sitting area in each room. The restaurant was fabulous - great dinner and service even though we got there close to closing time. View was nice. Really enjoyed this hotel! Highly recommend!!

Slow service at the front desk although friendly. My bathroom lights couldn’t be turned off so getting a good nights sleep was hard, because there’s a window from the bathroom literally next to the bed. I told one of the staff members about the broken light switch but received no response. Restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent.
