"Didn’t have room service"

"I liked that the property was clean, and location was in downtown and near expressways. I was not pleased with the ambiguity of late checkout times (we will not know until 8am the following morning). Secondly, the only place to secure ice was on the 2nd FL, and we were on FL5. finally, I sensed an overall reluctance and inflexibility to being accommodating as possible, Overall, this was my first and last stay at this hotel."

"Staff was very nice. Room was so hot could not sleep. About 80 degrees. Went to front desk and they gave me a broken box fan bc they were all out of regular fans. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up. Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking? The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse. "

"Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk but on Sunday morning it was closed."

"Excellent hotel to stay in, room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast and just a 3 block walk to the federal building to pick up my passport.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.."
