Great value, size and location. Alexander Beachfront apartments were clean and well equiped, perfect for a little beachside getaway.
Staff were also excellent, accommodating and friendly.

We stayed during a heat wave with the bedroom ceiling tapping continuously which was tortuous all might. There was aircon in the lounge room but it would not reach the bedroom. We arrived early Friday and we were allowed in early which was much appreciated but the reception closed at 5 pm and didn't open very much over the weekend so we endured a pretty uncomfortable weekend. Reception staff were helpful.

We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much! Appreciated that free room upgrade to better accommodate my mum’s mobility issues and it was such a relief to be able to do some washing in the laundry room on the at. Lovely family running this motel and would both recommend and stay here again.
