Scuba Diving & Resorts in Central Kenya Coast from AU$16

Excellent hotel with friendly staff that go beyond call of duty to make sure everything about your stay is perfect. Victor, the food and beverages manager, was amazing and I would recommend the hotel above any in Watamu

It was a great stay!

The private pool is not something I have come across before and it turned out to be a pretty special feature. The only minor letdown was the room itself. It was very dark almost dungeon like and why they put a bed that you need a ladder to get into is just beyond me. I even feel its unsafe especially for older patrons and children. Overall I would rate it at 7.5 out of 10.

We stayed in this ehotel for 4 days in Dec 2010, was very well organised and you can see it is a hotel with well establishd reputation, lots of tourists from all over the world ! We had a room at the garden looking at the ocean kind of and we found no moscitos whatsoever!!! But if there would be theres a can of mortein spray in every room i think coz ours definately had it, but e wdidnt have to use it :))) The best highlight that we purchased half board and that meant bfast and dinner was...

Oh my incredible place huge. The room we had was incredible. Best views. Great food options and drinks on fully inclusive. Love lord the place

For such a large complex it never felt overcrowded. The restaurant below has a great menu and live entertainment on set nights. Staff were friendly and efficient. Full size fridge and cooking facilities in room were good. Not the most modern or chic place, but very clean and affordable.

Excellent location overall good facilities very good entertainment. An older property and the rooms reflect this but are very well maintained. No tv shows available YouTube only and most of the time it wouldn't connect.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Travellers and would definitely come back. The customer service was spectacular. We were first greeted by Elias, then the rest of the staff and all was immensely appreciated. Huge apprciation to the chef, who would come out at the end and individually ask us what our thoughts were. The buffet food was so delicious. To top it off, we were sick and he even cooked up a rice dish especially for us. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and need a renovation....

The scenery around the property was very beautiful. Overall the property was what I would consider a little tired. Lots of rooms to maintain and insufficient funds to do so. All inclusive was average to be kind food possibly below average (my fiance suffered from food poisoning after eating fish at lunch on the first day). A property that has a lot of potential but needs a lot of money spending on it.

The Neptune Beach Resort provided a great location for a peaceful and relaxing break. The hotel was clean and well maintained; similarly the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only issues with the room were that there was only one channel on the TV and the fact that a fee was charged for the in room safe. I choose the all inclusive option with respect to meals and drinks. I was not disappointed with the quality and variety of food and drinks available - Unlimited Tusker beer, locally...
