"Great room and good service "

"Staff was great ….cleanliness kinda 😏 Slightly sketchy to walk to restaurants and it was really noisy people with their tvs on full blast screaming kids "

"We had no hand soap in the room and no trash bag in our can. "

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Lower floor rooms were musty and 85 degrees. I was moved to the seventh floor, which was lovely."

"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "
