"This is a great location for visiting Clemson! Apartment is small, but it was very clean and well-stocked. Parking is easy, especially if you drive around to the back. Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! Russell is easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. "

"The place isn’t well insulated. It is full of moisture. It’s stuffy, the bed is uncomfortable. The place has a terrible smell due to the moisture in the place. We had to buy things to soak up the moisture. We had to contact the host, and she purchased a dehumidifier. It filled up fast, because it is so much moisture in the place. The tv in the bedroom is small. It’s not a comfortable place to stay."

"The whole place reaked of marijuna the whole staff must of been smoking it we put our stuff in the room and left to meet some of the family we were down for my husbands brothers funeral like I said we left to meet some of the family and got back to the room around 9 or 9:30 and walked in to the room and smelled like someone had been in our room smoking marijuana it was so strong it would knock you down so they tried to move us to another room and my husband went to check the bed and he pulled the blanket from under the corner of Mattress and found a bed bug on his thumb so would I recommend this place No I Wouldn’t "
