"Great Hotel, friendly helpful staff, great activities, we enjoyed all white party, painting Mexican hats to take back as souvenirs and love that they have a lounge style area bar and music playing. I also am lucky that the hotel was not too crowded which made it feel so much more luxe. Will definitely recommend and come again.."

"Traveled with a group of 13. Adults and kids. This is probably my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. Beach was beautiful and there’s plenty of chairs. The hotel had a variety of options by the pools for a grab and go lunch. Chicken wings, hamburgers, etc. Restaurants are first come first serve, so no reservation hassle. Buffets were great. Hotel staff and waiters were super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling! Very clean resort. VERY hard working staff. Beds and linens were 10/10. Housekeeper Maricruz was awesome. View from hotel was beautiful. We rented 2 cabanas and Daniel took great care of us. It was so relaxing. We had a great time. Will definitely go back!"

"Our AC in the first room wasn’t working so well and our room was changed to a much better one. The rooms are dated, you can hear every slammed door of the room next to us and noises from the floor above. The food and drinks were delicious and had a large variety of vegetarian food at the buffet. I want to thank Carmen from the reception that was so nice and helpful with all our needs."

"I chose this hotel for the stuuning view of the rock formation in the water , where the Arch is, the entertainment and all inclusive package, since it was a getaway for my wife's 51st birthday. First , the good points. Room was great , food was great, specially the breakfast buffet with 786 items (well not that much but pretty close). Filet mignon was excellent with the shrimp. I did not use the gym on site ,but many did to burn off those 18000 calories thay ate the night before. Entertainment, day and night was superb including the Abba show and pool foam parties(more for younger generation). Landscaping was immaculate, as they took care of it on a daily basis. You will not be thirsty here, since there are bars everywhere. Reception desks were kind and helpful, as was the staff. At this point you may start to think why did I not rate it a 5 star facility. Well , I am glad you asked. I am a fan of Uber and have used it all over the world. While the Hotel allows you to arrive to the front of ther lobby in an Uber, it does not allow Uber to be pick you up in front of their lobby. You would have to walk a quater of a mile to the first guardhouse in the baking sun to have the uber pick you up there. You can always have them call you a taxi, which I found to be about 20-30 % more than Uber, but beats walking that 1/4 mile. Wi-Fi is an essential part of any resort, specially when I need to get some work done (to pay for the next vacation), but failed twice."
