"What I did like about this property was its location to Main Street where the shops and restaurants were. We were disappointed which the extremely dark room we were allocated, the lack of daylight was because of the room having a very small window. We made the best of it by using the outdoor tables and chairs when we were there during daytime, luckily the sun was shining! We were surprised to find that housekeeping had not serviced our room when we got back one day but staff on reception explained that they don’t do daily housekeeping. It would have been nice if we had been informed on check in. Thankfully we were offered fresh towels and additional water by one of the staff when I enquired about it."

"Sheets were dirty or stained so I asked for new ones, the door would not close and lock very easily, key had to be scanned several times before working, breakfast items that should’ve been hit weren’t even lukewarm. Afternoon and night staff were very friendly. "

"Air conditioner was barely adequate. Had no washcloths for a shower. No carafe for the in room coffee maker. Maid service apparently dropped my dental floss and broke it open as I had to crack it back open to put the spool back on the axle. "
